Botanical artist Roos turns local flora into breathtaking natural artworks; NL

In her atelier in Den Bosch, Dutch botanical artist Roos Terra is keeping the centuries-old art of nature printing alive. Developed in the Middle Ages, the technique was invaluable for systematising botanical collections in the 17th and 18th centuries. Roos works with fresh flowers and greenery picked in the neighbourhood of her atelier, taking them through a multi-phase process with stunning results.
