When Minnie and Peter Craske relocated to the historic spa town of Tunbridge Wells they were determined to realise their dream of tracking down an elegant Victorian townhouse. After searching in vain the couple couldn"t believe their luck when one morning a For Sale sign appeared outside the very property they'd been admiring practically every day for months.
