Greg and Kate Scott’s stylish minimalist apartment in Cape Town’s De Waterkant offers plentiful space for both leisure and work time. At a compact 78 square metres, with the apartment’s sole bedroom and bathroom occupying a neat mezzanine level set above the open-plan living area, it might sound like a squeeze, especially with the arrival of newborn daughter Nila. But the Scotts love their compact flat.
