Eager to live in Central London near the BBC, where much of his work is generated, film maker Sam was also keen to find a home with outdoor space. A flat with a balcony is a tall order in central London, where properties are hugely expensive. But a recent job on a remote tropical island led him to consider alternative lifestyles, one that truly embraces a life close to nature.
